On Thursday the December 3th 2010, I visited the Generation Furniture that I purchased well over $5,000.00 furniture from, in order to inform the manager that the Lether chair and Ottoman that they sold to me was deffective but the rest of the items was fine. The manager, got upset and kicked me out of the store since he did not like to hear the complain. I did not asked for refund, I just asked the sales person to excahnge the item for me. This store manager is not competent and I am sure the store sales will go down by his attitude.
