They always do a wonderful job, handling every item with care. Great customer service! One time an item got lost after not being added to my account, but management was super responsive and able to track it down quickly by description, which was a huge relief.

Tide Cleaners is the best dry cleaners we have ever used. We have lived in 7 states and have never had the service we have here.
We had just moved to MO when we had to head out of state for a funeral. My husbands sport coat was a wrinkled mess and needed to be cleaned. I found Tide cleaners and called to see if they could do a rush job. Took it to them and picked it up early the next morning on our way out of town.
They even use the All free and clear for us.
Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend them for your dry cleaning and laundry.

These people are wonderful. I dropped a comforter off in Mid- May did not pick up till this week. The clerk made sure I get a discount because I said I was donating the comforter. When I picked the comforter up, believe the clerk’s name started with an A. She found the comforter quickly, and I had a cane this time and A carried the comforter to my car and put in the back . I forgot to tip her if I lived closer I would go back and do so. A plus for customer service for this Tide cleaners
