Amazing and reliable tire shop. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and put the customer first when recommending and doing service. Manager and staff members are amazing to work with.

Great service! Louis had ordered tires that should’ve arrived on Sunday (called friday). However, since they didn’t arrive and were delayed ; he offered me a better tire brand for the same price! He also discounted other things and apologized kindly. They take care of you here and treat you with kindness. Will definitely come here again for alignments and installs in the future.

P.S. also free tire rotations, alignment checks, flat tire repairs for free etc..

Great customer service. Fairly quick oil change done. Good price for the fact that you don’t need an appt. If you only care about price I’m sure you can find cheaper but if service is more important like it is to me. This place is great.

I had an excellent experience at Big Brand Tire Service in Colton, CA. I needed an alignment and remembered coming here earlier this year with my 2019 Ford F-150, so I gave them a call to check availability. They told me to come right in, and from the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch.

Jorge and Dom were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They got my truck in immediately and started working on it without any delay. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Amazing service, great communication, and a solid team all around. I’ll definitely continue bringing my truck here and highly recommend Big Brand Tire Service in Colton to anyone needing quality automotive service.

I called about six different shops for KO3 tires for my dually, and most of them were $250–$500 higher for the same tires with install and balance (no alignment since it’s a dually). I ended up finding a much better deal here — best price and great service compared to anywhere else I called.
