I purchased Natuzzi sofa and love seat from Sandy's Furniture and cost me about $5,000 also I purchased 5 years warranty. From the delivery day I found problem in the product, the cushion is soft one side and firm other side, back support also defective. After complaining they took it back and repaired it 3 times, I am not sure whether they have done anything. Customer service assured me after long using the cushion and back rest will get firmer and their won't be a problem. The quality was continuously declining and I didn't bother to call them again, thinking that I have 5 years warranty. Once it became very bad I called them after two years and they replied manufacturer's warranty two years and expired, 5 years warranty only for wear and tear, but sales man explained me everything covered in the 5 years warranty. Paid over $5,000 and received nothing just pain and hassle. I am agree with other reviewer that they Show high quality furniture but will send you just opposite of what they show and then the staff will rudely all those problems are normal. They are just sucker, I don't recommend anyone to buy furniture from them.

We purchased a sectional at a Sandy Furniture store closing out sale. The salesman told us all sales are final. When I asked "what if there is a defect or the couch falls apart?" His reply "We aren't going to screw you, it just means you can't change your mind and return it" So we bought it and less then 4 months later the couch started to flake and peel. When I called in they told me too bad, it was a final sale. I explained how the conversation went with the salesman and the woman didn't care. She told me I should have gotten it in writing. Now my lovely family of 5 gets to have an ugly peeling brand new sectional in our home, from Sandys furniture. Every time I look at it my heart sinks. We were completely betrayed. The company still sells the sectional, and I am sure it would have been no big loss to honor their word and make things right. Point is, get it in writing, this company is scetchy.

The service in the store was deceiving. The sales person was not pushy and helpful. We were very happy with our purchase until the delivery started. The day of delivery they changed the delivery time three times and were still late, making me have to wait all day for my living room and dining room set. Pieces were missing, and I was given the run around trying to get them to get me the rest of my furniture. When our back ordered furniture arrived, they never called us. It took a trip back to the store to get everything sorted out cause they were not returning our phone calls. Our furniture was ordered in sept 2010 and its april 2011 and we still do not have all our furniture and all our pieces. Once they have your money they stop the great service and it is extreamly hard to get them to respond. I recomened you save your money and shop elsewhere

What a great store! I purchased my new sectional from Sandys last month. My salesperson was a pleasure to deal with!. My item was in stock so we took delivery 3 days later and the delivery drivers were excellent, they took great care in making sure my pieces were delivered in perfect condition and even moved my old sofa out of the way for me. All in all great service and will be definatly returning to purchase my new dining suite later this year.

I took the trip out to Coquitlam from Vancouver and it was well worth it. What a beautiful store. They had lots of great options for my home and the sales staff were very helpful and knew the product in the store very well.
I bought a new living room set and the delivery guys were very careful and professional.
I will be going back for bedroom furniture!

I just moved into a new condo and had no furniture. I purchased a couch in Jan 2010 and was told it would take 6 weeks to arrive. It actually took 16 weeks and I had to hound the staff to find out when it would come. When it finally did, it smelled of Formaldehyde. The stench was so bad it made my entire apartment, including my bed sheets, stink. I developed a massive headache, sore throat and felt like my chest was closing in. My friends couldn't stay in my condo for longer than 30 mins due to the odor. When anyone sat on it, their clothes smelled of Formaldehyde. Did I mention that all my windows, patio door and fans were on since the moment they delivered it?

At 2am the next day I had to put the couch on my patio because I couldn't breath and I was concerned about the toxins I was inhaling.

I called the store the next day and they arranged to send me a new one at the end of the week. When the new couch arrived it smelled just as bad as the first. In fact, the couch that had been airing out on my patio for a week STILL SMELLED. I told the delivery guys to return both couches.

I went down to the store to see if there was anything else I could exchange it for, but I don't like anything else nor do I trust this company. I want my money back and they are giving me the run around. They are in violation of the New Products and Goods Act. I now have to get legal council to get someone to return my phone calls or talk to me in person at the store.

It really is quite disgusting how a large company treats their customers. I just want my money back and to sit on a non-toxic couch.
