We bought a couch and chair at Gallery 1 a few months ago and I couldn't have asked for nice service. The place is gorgeous. Our couchs are holding up great and they are comfortable and fit in perfect with our decor. The one problem I have is that I feel like we may have paid just a bit too much compared to stores like Ashley Furniture, Leons (only if it's a sale because that place is crazy too) and the Surplus Freight. Now I now for good quality you have to pay more, but I still feel it was a little overpriced and that may be because of the neighbourhod they're in and the fact that most people that go there are probably financing so it doesn't seem like a lot when you get your monthly bill. Plus the interest rate after the 0% period is ridiculous. 28% I believe is what mine is! Wow, just shop around first folks, not paying for 15 months is not the way to go. Neither is low payments for 60, you'll end up paying a $1000 or more extra

We ordered a couch from Gallery 1 Furnitue in May, we were supposed to get it at the end of July or August. I called last week to see the status of said couch. It took six days for the sales person to get back to me to let me know she somehow didn't place the order!! I have disposed of my old furniture, now I need to either wait another 2-3 months for a couch or buy something off the floor. I cancelled this particular order. Gallery 1 hasn't offered me any compensation at all, no discount if I come in and buy something off the floor, nothing!! Very, very disappointed.
