We bought two twin beds from Worldwide.We had to order them, we got them fast and at a great price.Very happy,we will definately buy our matresses there.

After careful price comparative shopping I purchased a sofabed replacement mattress. Transportation is difficult for me. I no sooner got it home, out of the packaging & found several defects in workmanship. I felt satisfied that they offered to "exchange" or "refund" the mattress without question; until I questioned the "replacement". It didn't seem as sturdy or supportive as the one I was returning. I was guaranteed it is exactly the same. I knew as soon as I got it home & installed it into the sofa IT IS NOT COMPARABLE. It is "thinner" & doesn't have the firmness or support of the 1rst mattress. My sofa cushions cave in. I begrudge having to deal with them again, to return or exchange it. As I will undoubtedly not get anything "worthwhile". I paid over $200.00 with taxes. They retail much higher elsewhere...& I couldn't find any other sofabed mattress that is doublesided material. The others (even Sealy) tended to be "gosselin" underside. That would easily tear. I'm at a loss of what to do. My couch is slightly uncomfortable. Retain this one (comes with 10 year warranty on manufacturers defect. Not inconsistency in thickness & support). Or just wait & replace it some day????
