DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY MAY GET? THE NEGATIVE ONES SEEM ALL TRUE THE WORST BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER! I BOUGHT 2 LEATHER CHAIRS IN SEPTEMBER MULTIPLE PROBLEMS HAD TO CANIBLIZE THE FIRST 2 TO GET 1 SEMI ACCEPTABLE ON THE PROMISE BOTH WOULD BE REPLACED 3 MONTHS LATER TO THE DAY SEVERAL CHAIRS REJECTED! THEY EVEN TRIED TO REPLACE THE EXPENSIVE ELECTIC RECLINER FOR A MANUAL 1. EVERY CALL SAME ANSWER NEXT FRIDAYS TRUCK AND AS USUAL FRIDAY COMES AND GOES WITHOUT RESOLVE. IF YOU THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU THINK AGAIN! IF YOUR GOING TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THINK AGAIN OR ANOTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW WILL BE BORN! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE FINAL SOLUTION!
