Had a $2500 couch and recliner delivered about a month ago. Furniture showed up covered in sawdust or some kind of dusty packing material, couch also had a small glue stain on one of the cushions.
Contacted store right after delivery and after being shuffeled from one person to another that told me they would look in to it as soon as so and so comes back from lunch, coffee, day off or vacation, nothing was ever done.
Will be filling a BBB complaint today.
Please save your money the after purchase customer service is horrible.
