Horrible customer service! We bought 2 couches in July, paid 4500 in full and was told they would be delivered by October. I’ve called twice in the last month as it’s now November and both times was told they don’t know when I’ll be getting them…very short with me like they don’t care… then said they can give me a refund over the phone if I’d like… I’ve given Leon’s thousands of dollars over the years… no more! And I’ll tell everyone not to shop there. Shame on you Leon’s

As a former Teppermans customer, I found that Leon's service met my expectations, and then some! I had my leather living room furniture delivered, on the day it was promised -- within the proper time window. Everyone, from the salesperson to the delivery driver was kind and helpful. When I discovered a scuff on the back of the sofa chair, a week later - I called and they sent a service man out right away (within a couple of days) and he was able to touch it up to my satisfaction! WOW WOW WOW! Is all I can say. After the nightmare that Teppermans put me through, I am so greatful! Will definates be back!

As the title states there are multiple scratches on the fridge. No response back from customer service on what they will do moving forward.
Note:
During delivery of equipment, staff did not help my pregnant wife move heavy appliances around, staff did not wait to check if fridge would fit opening, left promptly without a word after getting signature.
Another Note:
Stove had large dent as well, they were prompt about a discount.
