In January 2011 we placed an order for a chair slipcover, a throw and pocket drapes.

The slip cover was completed OK however, after 7 months, none of the other items were ever completed in spite of regular promises by the owner that “things will be ready next week”.

Our request for refunds have been refused The owner has refused to give us a refund and we are now going through Small Claims Court.

We are out hundreds of dollars and have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Patron a more reputable business that stands by their promises.

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT - even for the materials until you have a satisfactory product in your hands you carry all the risk when things go wrong.
