The customer Service I received today at the Guelph Ontario Sleep Country turns me off from ever return to another sleep country again. First customer rep I dealt with was very knowledgable and took great care of us providing a simple and easy quote to follow. Once we were complete he said his good byes and continued on the the next customer as per normal. In the mean time as he was pre occupied with new customers I had one final question. I looked to one of the reps who was not doing anything and asked if he could provide me a quote for the certain mattress. After knowing I had already been talking with the one rep he still came to answer my question. I asked him he could provide me a simple quote , without even letting me finish he answered my question as if I was a complete idiot for even asking, and quickly stormed away slightly turning his head back to me as I looked at him in complete disgust. It was a short but effective confrontation, that has made me not want to return back to sleep country, there reputation is completely different in my eyes and will not recommending them to anyone going forward.

WORST SALES LADY I have ever come across! The dark haired woman who works there was so rude and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have never wrote a review before for any store but after talking to people who had the same experience (just in guelph) with the same woman I thought sleep country should be aware of the negative image this woman is having on your store.
