We bought a mirror in Valley Squire on Jan.2nd of 2011 (in their one day sale). When they delivered it, it was damaged. We let them know and they offered to order a new one for us. Now, it is Mar.10th of 2011 and it hasn't arrived yet. The old one is still with us. I think waiting for more than 3 months is a bit too much.
