If this site had a ZERO rating for B&M, I would gladly award it to them. Our recent purchase of a new dishwasher was the worst experience of any retail purchase we have engaged in. The delivery was made at an unknown time within a sixteen-hour time frame. Then, when the installer arrived, he found that the packing case contained one item only a dishwasher. There was no manual with it, nor were any of the installation valves or hoses supplied. The Parts manager told us to try our local hardware store, but couldn't tell us the maker or the part number. When we called B&M Canada support, they said there was no such thing as a separate part number for the missing intake hose and that again I should try my local hardware store. There was no "welcome packet" with soap or any other "welcome" bits either. The sales manager listened to our complaints and downloaded a copy of the French manual & said there wqas no English version available.

I got lucky & found a clerk at Reno Depot who knew what HE was doing; he did have the installation hoses & the installer is busy installing our dishwasher as we email. He will test it and call or email the results.

This was not the first time we have bought appliances from Brault & Martineau, but it will assuredly be the last.
