I brought a Coach Wallet for my son’s birthday in OCTOBER. It is ok to return it before 1/19 as the receipt says. I got him something else so I went return it in the Hudson Yard Store just 10
minutes ago. The Black American Manager said It was used and I told him I did not. I brought it home and sat in the box as long as I got it. If it was damaged that is the quality issue because I did not even opened the box. The Black American Manager was saying to another employee behind me like I returned used merchandise. It is so unacceptable and in appropriate for a brand like Coach. I would think twice to go into a Coach Store again.
