Bought reserved seats yesterday for a 3:50pm showing today. Arrived early, went in, found our seats. Realized one of the seats was fully reclined, and wouldn't go back up. A block of three seats were without power. When we complained, the usher said, "Oh, those have been like that for months. " We were told to go to concessions to change our seats. Nobody in line, but we waited for help and were then offered to change seats and shown a map of the theater. Full, with only about six seats available scattered around the theater. The only two together were on the front row on the far right. No apologies were made, so we just asked for a refund. Very disappointed. We won't be back to this theater!

Update: The way to "Make it right" is to train your employees to deal with problems like this using words like "Sorry", and complementary tickets for next time you're here. We never once got an apology for the problem, and it's a problem that's apparently been unresolved for weeks. In fact, we weren't even offered a refund, only the opportunity to select other seats that either weren't together or that were on the right edge of the first row. Either fix the seats or take them off the seat selector so they're not sold. My full review is here, there's no need for me to call your 800 number or visit your website since I won't be doing business with this theater again.

We absolutely love Cinemark at Central Plano! We especially love Jordyn and Izzy at the concession stand!!! My husband and I were met with smiles and warmth from the moment we came up to the counter. They were kind and funny and have made our time at the movies better!!! Thank you for being one of very favorite Cinemark’s in the Dallas area!!! The young man at the ticket stand was also very nice!!! :)

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at Cinnemark Central in Coit-Plano yesterday! We caught a 4 p.m. showing of Disclosure Day, and it was a delightful surprise from start to finish.

The theater experience itself was fantastic—tickets were a great value at just $8.50, the seats were incredibly comfortable, and both the sound and screen quality were exceptional. It’s been a while since we visited back when it was a "$1 movie" theater, and the recent renovations are truly impressive.

However, the highlight of our visit was the staff. It is so rare these days to encounter such genuinely friendly, professional service. Every young person we interacted with at the concession stand was smiling, eager to help, and engaged us in actual conversation. It was such a refreshing change of pace!

It’s clear that leadership makes all the difference here. While we didn't get to meet the manager, Ms. Laird, her influence was evident in the entire team. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant Manager, Chrystal, who shared that the young man who served us our popcorn—which was seasoned and buttered to absolute perfection—was actually on his first day.

We honestly couldn't be more impressed with the service and the overall atmosphere. We will certainly be back soon!

Best time ever. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our group was 10 people. Fast and courteous staff answered all questions we had proved quick service and made it a very lovely experience. Would like to come again. The lounge seats were very comfortable heat settings were amazing. Ample leg room. Service with a smile. Family friendly and plenty of parking.

Cinemark Central Plano is a solid, comfortable spot for movies. The standout feature is definitely the Luxury Lounger recliner seats, many with heating, making for a super relaxing experience.
They offer a good selection of concessions, including hot food and adult beverages, with the convenience of mobile ordering. While not the biggest or newest Cinemark, it's been updated and provides good picture and sound.
It's a reliable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable movie night in Plano.
