They relined my sanitary sewer lateral going into the city main. Their work was first rate with zero issues during the 2 days to complete the process. They excavated 12' down, installed a clean out, completed the work, backfilled the hole and seeded the lawn. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous. No one was standing around, they knew what to do and didn't need to be told. Great company.

Honest! Free inspection! Came out immediately. Great communication. I had this company come out because I was told I had tree roots , to my surprise they said everything looked fine. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good about these folks! We had another plumbing company look at our sewer after we had a backup. The other company proposed a completely new sewer line for about $30,000. Aleksander from Sewer Pro came out, looked at the sewer line, and said that all we needed was a complete cleanout. Carter was out out today and jetted the sewer line. Both times, these guys were great to work with! They kept us up-to-date with what they were doing and what the results were. Highly recommend!

Sewer Pro was a life-saver and a terrific experience. Their technician Tom came out and he was courteous, professional, and honest. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. In the end, they determined, I did not have a major problem and that was a major relief!

Mac and his assistant (can’t remember his name, unfortunately) did a great job lining my old clay and cast iron pipes. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner. I was sent footage of my new sewer, and did some flow tests by turning on the kitchen sink and opening the clean out. The video of the pipe looked absolutely beautiful, and the flow of water was perfect. I am more than satisfied with Sewer Pro’s work, and would absolutely recommend them if you need sewer work done without having your yard, landscaping, or driveway torn up. The price wasn’t that bad, either. Thank you, Sewer Pro.

Carter at SewerPro saved us thousands by sharing his honest perspective of our sewer line, and helping us navigate a sales pitch we got from another plumbing company estimate. It was clear he was looking out for us and not for his own interests, which will lead all of my future business and recommendations to SewerPro. Thanks again Carter!

When your sewer line is broken, you want it fixed fast, by professionals, and hopefully at a reasonable price. Sewer Pro took great care of us on all measures. Their team is organized, professional, and on time. Their hydro-excavation technique saved us thousands of dollars because they were able to use water to dig up our sewer line in a very narrow area between our home and our driveway instead of bringing in a backhoe and destroying our concrete driveway in order to access the sewer line. I was highly impressed by their neat, careful, and tidy work — imagine the mud bath on your home that could be created by a giant power washer used right beside it. No mess here as the team protected our siding, power washed any mess, and then did an immaculate job backfilling the hole. I’d recommend them all day, every day, for any project.

After getting a frighteningly high estimate to repair our sewer line from another company, I asked Sewer Pro for a second opinion. Tom, the owner, came out the next morning and set my mind at ease that excavation wouldn't be necessary and we'd be able to get our pipes relined so they'd be practically good as new for about half of what the other company quoted us. Mac and Carter did the work and were courteous, professional, and efficient. They showed me the camera footage of the relined pipe after they were done, and I was relieved to know we shouldn't have any more trouble in the future. If it seems too good to be true, that's only because many of us aren't used to honest people doing honest work at an honest price without using pressure or scare tactics like the bigger companies sometimes do. Always get a second opinion, unless your first opinion came from Sewer Pro, because I doubt they can be beat.

There aren't enough stars to describe my peace of mind and satisfaction with the repair. During a home inspection I had a sewer scope run and sure enough I had about a 2 foot break in my sewer line. I called a number of companies and was offered a range of repair options. I called sewer pro and they were the only company that proposed a Trenchless repair. They came out and recognized they could go in through the manhole cover so no excavation and no tearing up of my basement!! Their office staff was outstanding in coordinating the repair and keeping me informed and prepared. The crew arrived on time and the technology was quite impressive. They had two large trucks that look more like a mobile surgical unit. They showed me before and after scope and it was dramatic to look at the solid pipe that Ran from the galvanized steel to the street. It comes with an outstanding warranty. They said that it went very well. Can't ask for better than that! Sewer pro would be my only and highest recommendation for Trenchless Sewer Repair. They are the best.

Tom was fantastic! He advised me on what was needed and what was not. I had another company out before him who told me I needed much more work done but Tom showed me why that wasn't necessary, much to my relief. I will definitely call Sewer Pro if I need these services in the future. Highly recommend.

Tom from Sewer Pro was awesome. It is nice to see there are still honest companies out there. I called a different company the day prior and was quoted over 10K to replace my main sewer line. I am so glad I decided to call Sewer Pro for a second opinion. I didn't need any pipes replaced, all it needed was rooted out. All is now great. Thanks again Sewer Pro!

Sewer Pro was awesome to work with! We had our sewer pipe lined. They were the most reasonable (several thousand less than the big companies) and they were very thorough in their work. There was an issue with the electric in our house the day of the service and they sent an electrician to us to fix the issue. Their customer service is amazing! Don’t look anywhere else, you won’t beat Sewer Pro!

The folks at Sewer Pro were great to work with. We were looking at a very difficult sewer line replacement due to depth and location of the existing line and they were able to add a liner to the pipe without any digging whatsoever!! Very grateful for the work they were able to do!!

The person who represented you and performed the work was Alex. He was very professional and was knowledgeable. He explained what he would be doing and the process. When he encountered a few hiccups, he called for assistance to move forward. He removed tree roots allowing for free flow of the sewer water.

Removed roots from sewer drain. Workers arrived when expected and were courteous and professional. It was great to watch the camera come through the drain at the end of the work and see that all the roots had been removed. Cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

I had a gentleman named Tom from sewer pro come out to inspect my sewer line from the street to the house found out where my blockage was very helpful. super honest, professional and referred me to a local guy where my cost will not be near as much as if they may have done it. This company is from the Columbus area and I’m north of Dayton. He came all the way over to look and his cost was zero. I would highly recommend this guy if you have any type of sewer issues.

We discovered a break in our sewer line from a large tree root that had grown into it. Due to the tricky location and surroundings of where the break was, we were being quoted $30-40k to excavate and replace the small section. One of the companies we reached out to for a quote suggested we contact Sewer Pro for possible root removal and relining instead. Alex and team were very prompt in coming out to assess everything and manage to complete the job for a lot less than we were preparing to spend. They have been great to work with.

Alex was awesome! Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I even learned some things. Would definitely recommend Underground Linings.

Brian Carlisle and his assistant MacDonald successfully inserted and installed a trenchless resin-relining to my main sewer line at my home over the past 2 days. Both of these employees of Sewer Pro were polite, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job over 2 days totaling almost 14 hours. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company-(5 stars) if you're considering a trenchless relining for your sewer line, rather than the old, ground excavation method used for so many years. Meghan, my contact person at Sewer Pro must also be noted as being friendly, informative and highly efficient when assisting me in setting up my appointment to have this bothersome problem resolved. Thanks again Sewer Pro!!!

The team showed up on time. They were honest and professional. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there you can trust with your plumbing issues and not take you to the bank . Highly recommend

Office staff was efficient. Plumbers were professional and cleaned up well. Best price for jetting I could find. Reasonable prices for other services.

The definition of above and beyond. My experience with Sewer Pro is easily the best experience I've had out of the 5 different plumbing/sewer service companies I've worked with over the last 5 years. Brian was very clear, polite, patient, did great work, and didn't push, wheedle, or oversell the service needs presented by my sewer system. He ran a camera for free TWICE to help me understand what was going on in my sewer line and to check his own understanding/memory of my home's sewer line condition. Additionally, they were good about communication and were proactive with communication and scheduling.

We bought a new house and within two months our sewer backed up due to severe root intrusion. It was clear we needed to get our sewer lined or replaced. We looked at several companies but all of them were very expensive. We contacted Sewer Pro and were immediately impressed with their honestly, helpfulness, and great service. Their price was also very reasonable with a great warranty.

We just want to say thank you to Megan, Alex, Brandon, and Brian for making this a great experience for us!

After another company wouldn’t return my calls or follow up with a repair quote I had SewerPro out for a second opinion - they were very easy to schedule, communicate with and gave me 3 different priced options for the size/scope of the repair. They were professional and cleaned up well after the job. Certainly hope nobody needs a major repair but if so I highly recommend SewerPro.

After purchasing our home, we found out there was a break and lots of debris in our sewer line. We had several companies provide estimates, but it was clear that the professionals at Sewer Pro were the most experienced and offered the fairest prices. They fixed our sewer line quickly and put in a liner. We were impressed with their work, responsiveness and kindness. We would highly recommend Sewer Pro to anyone!
