Front desk is helpful but staff upstairs is unresponsive and not helpful when issues arise. From lies about a fire in the building to broken AC for months. If you pay their rates, service should be better than it is now

Renting an office at 35 Journal Square is so convenient, the building is well maintained and very professional.
