Not that it will make a difference but I’m leaving this review in case others had a similar experience (At least with the outcome of it).
All these 5 star reviews had convinced my mother and I that this firm was highly going to help my mom when she got injured at work. The first call we made, my mother explained her injury to the tea. She made sure they knew this was a work related injury so no one’s time would be wasted. They told my mom she did have a case and they were going to accept it. They made us feel heard so we went in person for her to sign the paperwork and let the process begin. Well that’s the only time we ever saw of them in person, after that, for a whole year and half almost two years, they had us wasting our time going back and forth so in the end they can tell us that they handed over my moms case to another firm because they don’t expertise in worker comp cases!
Idk if it’s only family and friends who have been leaving reviews to make their ratings stay high but the reality of it is, they didn’t help in anything. Due to a language barrier and I having permission to help with my mom’s case since the beginning, towards the end when I would speak to the attorney on the phone, I would let them know we were starting to feel like they were not helping us, they would “sweet talk” us into thinking they were moving a finger but that was as far as It got. In the end I should’ve been paid instead for all the work I was doing on behalf of my mom to make Valero’s job easier. (Ex. Emailing Dr notes after every visit, emailing proof of insurance bills, emailing work related information, calling in to update them what the Drs or my moms job had said and/or to make sure everything was going smoothly etc.)
I won’t be recommending anyone I know to Valero Law Group. 1 star is too many to leave but since there’s no option to go lower, -5 stars is what they’ll get from our experience. Actions speak louder than words.

Excellent service provided on short noticed from the Valero Law Group team on my accident claim.
