Sean at heartland was awesome! What I thought was a simple u-joint turned out to be a major problem. It was something that he couldn’t fix so he called and explained the situation. Only did a basic charge for their time and even took pictures to explain. Keep up the good work guys!!

Took 2 different days off work to get ac fixed. First day they didn’t have the right machine to do the job though they had my info prior to the appointment on make/model. They told me they thought it was probably the condenser. However, the second day I took off work after they did get the equipment. They did not aloot enough time to fix the condenser if that was going to be the problem. So they were going to need to keep my vehicle an additional day, and Thought they could start it by noon the next day. The next day they called and said it was a bigger job and the quote that I got was double what I got from A dealership to do the same job. The only positive note I would say is they are friendly. Also, they only charge me for an hour for diagnostics, and they did say they had more time into it than that.

Shawn went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. My A/C wasn’t working, Shawn and the team at Heartland determined it was a fix that would be covered under warranty and told me I needed to make an appointment with the dealership. He could have tried to fix the problem and charged me big $ but instead he verified it was covered under warranty and passed the info on to me, I will be returning to them once my warranty is up. Top notch customer service!❤️

Ordered some new tires for my car that had been sitting in my garage for years, they were very flexible with my appointment time because the vehicle was having problems starting. They were also able to tell me a few other things that needed to be fixed on my car because they did an inspection at no extra charge. They were honest and very friendly, great customer service! I will be going back in the future when I need some maintenance done

I needed to have 2 new tires put on my car. They were very professional and let me know ahead of time the cost and i thought it was a great price. Done in a timely manner and offered to make sure they would have more tires in that brand for my car when I needed them. Wonderful place, clean and very welcoming
