Dr. Bishop received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University before earning her medical degree at Ross University. She continued her medical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University and Medstar Washington Hospital Center, where she led medical student education in her chief year. During this time she was awarded the Georgetown University Hospital S.P.I.R.I.T award for demonstrating compassion and commitment to patient care. She then completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Bishop is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Society for Reproductive Investigation. She has published on diminished ovarian reserve and assisted reproductive technology in peer reviewed journals, and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Dr. Bishop is devoted to helping couples achieve their dreams of completing their family.
