I do not recommend moving to Arrowwood Apartments if noise disturbance from neighbors banging, stomping, loud music, yelling, & dogs barking bothers you. It is constant. It is late at night. It is early in the morning. It will make you loose your mind. There is NO insulation between the units. The units holds moisture, attracts extreme dust buildup, and heat constantly flows through the vents. Don't let the terms "new" "amenities" & "luxury" fool you; like I did. The high rise building was cheaply constructed. The inconsideration of the ignorant neighbors that live above me is beyond unacceptable. I work in Nursing... (early hours, long days, short staffed, sick patients, covid19 pandemic)... I would love nothing more than to retreat & unwind after working 12hrs. Instead; I come home to more stress, barely able to sleep because of the dog running, barking, constant stomping & banging from the residents in the above unit. What happened to quiet hours? Imagine living in "upscale" Rockville paying almost $1600 monthly in barely 600sq ft & can't get peace of mind in your home. Imagine residents letting there dog defecate/piss in the hallway and elevator. The residents drive around the garage like its a racetrack, the trash rooms are DISGUSTING. I'm surprised it's not rats in this building. That's what living at Arrowwood has been like for me ...
Recording videos, getting police involved, & still trying to reach a resolution after 1 year ... Management will gas light you to believe it's you. Imagine that?

Do yourself a favor... Keep looking.
