Red Rock will tell you they'll have your house done within 3-4 weeks of the date it's delivered. DON'T BELIEVE IT. I talked to several persons who built with them, and it's ALWAYS months after delivery. I communicated with them weekly, and it still took a good five months for my house to be done enough I could move in, and then they had to come back a month later to finish things I had told them about in the process of the five-month wait but that they had ignored. They try to say it's all the factory's problem, but in at least 50% of the issues, it turned out to be their problem, they just didn't want to deal with it. Lousy customer service is an understatement.
