I purchased a vehicle from Kendall Toyota a few weeks ago which was a great experience. Then, only to realize a few weeks later that it simply didn't meet my needs. I contacted my sales person, Hunter, and he told me to come in and get me set up. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient. He was determined to get me in a new vehicle that I would love...and he did! Then I met with Avery about all of the $$/financing and he too was amazing. I can't recommend this company and those that I worked with highly enough. My family and I will never purchase another vehicle through anyone else.

Bought my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid here & there was a small issue with communication but Johnny a sales manager made it right. It was a easy fix. Which made me very happy. Trevor is a funny guy with funky shoes. (He made me tell you lol) Reed was our sales guy a awesome person, not pushy. Very polite, easygoing. I would definitely buy a car here again if I needed too.

I had a fantastic experience at Kendall Toyota in Eugene while purchasing my Tundra. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable.

Bill Gasswint was an excellent salesman—friendly, patient, and never pushy. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Trevor Smith’s product knowledge was equally impressive. He answered all my questions in detail and made sure I fully understood the features and options on the truck.

On top of the great service, they offered me an outstanding price on my Tundra that beat other dealerships I had checked out. It’s clear they value their customers and aim to build long-term relationships rather than just make a quick sale.

Highly recommend Kendall Toyota and especially Bill and Trevor if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!
