Kevin at Heights Finance gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He made the whole loan approval process easy and stress-free, and he explained everything so well. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.
He was so good that I even brought my
husband back with me. We ended up staying longer than we planned because the conversation was so enjoyable. Kevin made us feel like more than just customers he genuinely cared and took the time to get to know us. That kind of service is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate everything he did. Stay away from this place. Clemson fan Kevin gives you the friendly treatment and tells you he has to run things past an underwriter. Tells you he’ll call you in 30 minutes, never calls. Next thing you know they’ve pulled a hard credit check on you. Still waiting on that call, Kevin.

Kevin and his team work hard to help people get the money they need. I have known Kevin for many years. He and his staff are considered friends not lenders. When we have had events in our live that needed understanding and time, Kevin and his staff were able to help. When we were sick and couldn’t get there, Kevin and his staff helped. When emergency trips out of state, Kevin and his staff were there to help. He maybe a die hard Clemson fan we don’t hold that against him. He’s people you want to be able to call when you need the help.
