You would think with almost 5 years of service that Mr Oscar Villatoro would understand the appropriate way to talk to people instead of talking down to them in a condescending tone trying to provoke a reaction out of somebody. I imagine in that business though that's the type of culture that you want to cultivate so that way you can always blame your customer for their reactions instead of the initiation from your employees.
