We had a damp spot in our basement that did not seem to grow nor did it decrease. Anthony came out quickly and assessed the outside of the basement wall. Since the inside was partially finished he suggested our sons take down the dry wall so we could assess the inside wall. The boys determined The wall was fine and they located a small leak in the washer lines. We appreciate the promptness in which we were looked after and the suggestion of looking further ourselves into the cause of our puddle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company did repairs to the foundation of my next door neighbour. The workers were rude and disrespectful. They walked all over our property and used our property to haul soil and place their equipment without asking us. The home owner getting the work done talked to the manager and he said he would tell his workers to stay off the property or protect it from damage while they worked but he never did. It took multiple times talking to the workers to get them to put some protection down while piling soils etc on our property. Was an awful experience and I would never use them for any services because of this experience.

My experience with Belvidere was great from start to finish. Anthony, the guy who came to estimate, was very thorough and knowledgeable. The crew that worked on my house were great. Every morning they showed up early, and they worked so hard. They were always moving, and finding things to do. I went outside and bugged the supervisor a few times with some questions and they were very kind and accommodating, and showed me around the site and explained what they were doing. They were very respectful of the property and cleaned up very nicely at the end. The only thing that caught me off guard a little bit was that the "ballpark" price that was verbalized when they came out to see the job was about 1/3 lower than when the official quote came in, so I was a little thrown off by that. But I selected this company anyway over a cheaper one because of their knowledge, testing to find the actual problem, and my level of comfortability with them.

We selected Belvidere Construction to complete a significant foundation repair on our home, including stabilizing a sinking foundation wall with six piles and adding waterproofing. Based on strong reviews and a recommendation from our structural engineer, we felt confident choosing them.

Anthony took the time to meet with us personally to clearly explain the issue, walk through the repair plan, and discuss our options. The office team was responsive and helpful in preparing us for the project.

The work was completed on schedule. The crew was professional and efficient throughout, and the site supervisor regularly updated us on progress and took the time to explain each stage of the work. We also appreciated receiving photos documenting the project from start to finish.

Once the work was completed, the site was cleaned up quickly and thoroughly. We were especially impressed that the final cost came very close to the original estimate, particularly given the scale of the project.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend Belvidere Construction.

We had a great experience with Belvidere. Communication was excellent and they explained everything clearly throughout the process. It was obvious they genuinely cared about making sure we got the best possible solution, not just a quick fix. The crew worked efficiently and left everything clean afterward. We also really appreciated them accommodating our tight timeline and fitting the work in when they could. Foundation issues can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel straightforward and we’re very happy with the result!
