It has been 5 years since we have come to the Melting Pot. For our first anniversary, we decided to make the drive to Buffalo to come back again. Everything was amazing, both the service and the food.

Nick took amazing care of us, not only did he have a card waiting for us on the table when we got there, he also made us a happy anniversary plate that came with our dessert. All of our needs were met with above and beyond service. And the curry sauce is amaaaazing!

Thank you for making our anniversary dinner memorable.

We had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot! From the moment we arrived, the hostess, the bartender, everything was wonderful. Our waitress, Taylor, was absolutely fantastic friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The manager made sure to check on us to ensure everything was going good.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the entire dining experience exceeded our expectations. Taylor’s excellent service truly made our night special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend both The Melting Pot and Taylor to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

My first time ever at the melting pot was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to return!! They are incredibly accommodating and safe with food allergies, I have celiac and they were able to make EVERYTHING gluten free for me! I did not feel left out what so ever. My boyfriend(who eats normally) even mentioned that the gluten free dessert dippers were better than a normal cookie! The manager who was working at night was super kind, he checked on us multiple times and refilled our dippers and sauces. We felt so taken care of by the waitress and staff, and we were treated so kindly even with the food allergy! The food was delicious and well worth the price!

We came to celebrate my birthday, and Hannah, who was also our waitress for Valentine’s Day-made the entire experience amazing! She was so kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our night memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have Hannah as our waitress!!!

First time at the melting pot last night and I had a great time . It was date night for my wife and I. Between the both of us we barely have time for date night and this one was so special for us. Our server Grace was phenomenal !!! I loved her energy and her kindness! The food was great and my favorite part was the dessert!!! The booth is private and we were in lovers lane 🥰🥰 thank yall for everything we had a blast !
