Pain management is one of the most significant challenges in medicine. Until now we haven't found anything that is consistently safe, effective and affordable. We are stuck with therapies that have side effects, are expensive, or are not as effective as we would like. Ozone therapy is the answer… Read more

They made me pay upfront for doctors visit fee and 8 injections. The doctor said it was painless and I would have relief for my shoulder pain within 20 min. They didn’t really explain everything they were doing. The first injection felt like liquid fire in my arm. It was excruciating and I could barely do three more injections, 4 was all I could tolerate. My arm was shaking and I was crying from the intense pain. They kept assuring me it was fine and giving me very vague reasoning for it. They told me I could come back for the other 4. The next 48 hours were brutal. I couldn’t sleep that night. The injection sites were incredibly painful and my arm was swollen and I could barely lift my arm. I called later wanting to talk to the doctor but the nurse Yolanda became suddenly hostile towards me. She basically said it’s my own fault my body reacted that way to the injections. And if I wanted to come back I’d have to pay another doctors fee. I told her I didn’t want the other 4 remaining injections because of how painful it was and did nothing to resolve my pain but made it worse. I’ve tried reaching out through email to Dr. Seda but no one will contact me. I asked for my receipt that shows I have 4 remaining injections and the total price of treatment but they sent a password protected document through email but the password doesn’t work. They never followed up and Yolanda refused my refund. I agreed to pay for doctors visit and 4 injections but I wanted a refund for the unused 4 other injections. The professionalism of this office is sub-standard to say the least. I’ve been in so much pain for months I was willing to try anything, but now I regret ever stepping into that office. I only ask for a partial refund. I’ve lost hope in doctors. What happened to “do no harm”?
