I have had Classic do two jobs for me and I could not be happier. I tried for years to have some gutter work done and had a lot of no shows or a half jobs and then no communication - from actual companies, not FB Marketplace. I should have gone with Classic right from the start. The estimator, the office admins and fellas who came to my home all communicated wonderfully and the quote was fair. Anything I can get done by them in the future I will without hesitation.

Had a door installed a couple of years ago now it's not closing properly. Contacted Classic on March 30th to have someone come assess/fix it and have been given nothing but the run around despite calling the office several times. Nothing but poor customer service at this point. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

11 out of 10! The gutter on the front of my parents house detached and twisted while it hung off their house swinging about 20 feet or more back in February 2025. I called every number that popped up on Google. All the answers were mostly no we can’t help due to all the ice and wind. Or booking out 8-10 weeks until I called the last number (classic case of saving the best for last) and it was Classical Roofing and Siding ltd. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was so kind and reassuring even gave me some good advice. She said they would send somebody out the next day to look at it. Josiah came out to look at the house, said he would be able to do it in the next week or so but would be able to atleast secure the hanging part if needed. When they came after two weeks it was done before lunch! I can’t get up to see the quality, but the quality that I received in customer service was top-notch. I definately put my trust in their process. Josiah kept in contact. He didn’t mind taking any questions at all and the service and efficiency was awesome. I was so impressed and so pleased and so grateful that they were the ones to come quick and get the job done and done well I would highly recommend them to anyone and they are very budget friendly. I love a company that cares and treats you so kindly, even better when they are local! Thank you Josiah and crew!

We are very pleased with our recent experience with Classic. We had cedar shingles applied to a section of our house. Our initial contact was with Marty who provided the quote and coordinated the work. He was friendly and responsive. The work was done by Branden and Michelle. They were a pleasure to have around and were very particular with their work. Overall excellent experience.

We had a great experience with Classic. Actually it's the second job they did for us. We had a piece of rain gutter ripped off by ice over the winter a few years ago and this time we had a roof leak over our garage and a couple of windows leak. Both times Grant (the owner) came and did the quote. He's super knowledgeable, explains the best options, why they need to do it that way and why that will fix the issue. He's happy to answer questions and always ensuring that you understand what is going to be done. He emails a quote and the price matched the quote exactly. His crew was professional, they worked efficiently, were mindful of their surroundings and super friendly. He said they would be a few weeks before they could do the work - It was under two weeks. So they came when he said he would - that's rare these days. I had a great experience and I felt like the pricing was very fair for the work completed. I would suggest you reach out for a quote so you can see for yourself. It's hard to find reliable contractors and I feel like Grant and his team run a great operation. I will be using them when I have a larger job to do. They are very good at what they do. Thank you guys!!
