We can not say enough about Nick and Upgrade Realty. He responded quickly and honestly to our questions. He guided us through the process with wisdom and experience, but also listened to our hopes and opinions. Nick knows the housing market and real estate, and he was an expert at marketing our home. All the reviews are true! Nick is a straight-shooter, doesn’t over-promise, but does over-deliver. He is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with, and I’ve bought/sold quite a few houses. Nick is smart, professional, experienced, and a great communicator. He gets an A++ rating from me.

My last sale (with Nick) was a very unique property that was difficult to comp. We openly discussed strategy and pricing and agreed on a go-to-market plan. The photographer and the staging company he recommended both did an amazing job. The plan worked perfectly and the sale price and timeline exceeded my expectations. His work ethic and communication are the best. You won’t be sorry choosing Nick as your realtor.
