Our puppy was in a lot of pain. We were able to get an appointment quickly and bring our dog in. They were fast and very kind. The doctor was understanding of our finances and worked with us with a treatment plan. Front desk people were kind, tech helped cheer us up and the doctor was knowledgeable and understanding

We had to bring our dog in because we were worried about some plastic he’d eaten, and the team at All Valley Pet Clinic was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and reassuring. I really appreciated that they didn’t immediately escalate the situation into an emergency when it wasn’t necessary, and instead gave us thoughtful, honest guidance.

Before our visit, we called to ask about pricing and were given a quote that ended up being exactly what we paid—no surprise fees or hidden costs. That kind of transparency is refreshing.

We left feeling confident in the care our dog received, and we’ll definitely be bringing our pets back here for urgent care in the future. Highly recommend!

They were quite busy and customer service was very good. We didn't have to wait long to see the Vet. All in all, very satisfied with this business.

This review is also a big THANK YOU to the amazing team at All Valley Pet Clinic in Federal Way! Our chocolate lab, Luis, is one crazy animal—he parties enough to keep us making frequent vet visits. Every time we're there, we’re treated with so much care and attention. Luis may not love the idea of going to a vet itself, but he adores the team and shows his affection the best way he knows how—with a loud voice and lots of kisses! We are so grateful for the care we receive, whether it’s a planned visit or an unexpected one. Thank you for always caring for us! *Photo added for proof he's a calm snuggle bug, sometimes. :-)
