If I could leave zero stars I would and how she has nothing but 5 star reviews is beyond me. I received nothing besides unprofessionalism from Donna. She dropped the ball from the beginning by apparently failing to pre-approve me for the loan she insisted she could get me. She then proceeded never to reach out to me or keep me updated, ever. I had to call and text her multiple times a day before I got a single response from her. When I did talk to her, she always insisted everything in the process was going exactly as it was supposed to and everything was fine and then at the drop of a dime she could no longer get me the loan and bond she said she could get me a month prior, and the bond was the only reason I was working with her in the first place. After the weekend she said that she could get me a different loan and said that "this IS going to work." She assured me over and over because by this point I already had no faith in her and kept asking for reassurance. We were supposed to receive the clear to close within a certain number of days, and those days came and went. Multiple days out of our FIFTH closing extension, just a few days short of an entire month after the initial closing date, and I have yet to receive anything from Donna. I let her know that this far out from when we were supposed to move, with the unexpected down-payment, I had to choose between moving costs for moving across country or having a place to live and paying bills here so I needed to know the ruling on my loan by end of day. Not one time throughout the entire day did she reach out to me. Not a single call or text. How is that for professionalism? Communication is clearly not something she knows how to do. The only thing I have to show for this entire process is a great amount of stress and being out over $1000 all for nothing. All for absolutely nothing. I had to make the call today on giving up a home that I wanted so badly. But I gave her everything she asked of me and I know that I did all that I could in this situation. I just wish I would have had the same commitment from Donna. She scammed me out of money and gave me nothing in return. Work with her at your own risk.
