My company has used a storage unit from North Bay Self Storage for about three years. The price was fair and we always received our invoice on time. We never had any issues or concerns. Getting in and out of the unit was great as we could go any time of day. They are also now upgrading to a digital key system that sounds like it will make getting in even easier. Great service from Jenn who was a phone call away!
Hours of operation to use the storage unit and open 7 days a week was ideal to come and go when needed!
Location is close to the highway and town.
Would rent again!

The customer service from start to finish was great. Jenn helped me over the phone with all the info I needed to get started. They have units from very small to large. I went into the office and got a warm greeting. signed all the paperwork and had my unit access. I had an issue with the latch on my unit so I called the office and Jenn had a gentleman out there within 20 minutes to help. They were both very kind and warm in each interaction that I had. I believe the prices were competitive and very fair. My experience from start to finish was 5 star and I am thankful for the rental. I would highly recommend to family and friends and anyone who may require storage long term or short.

Customer service was fantastic to deal with I moved out of another storage facility after 4 years of being there as the customer service was beginning to get worse then the day I signed up and well they kept increasing my price twice a year it was ridiculous. Here I got a bigger unit at a much better rate I hope this becomes a long term solution for me as I’m likely going to rent a second unit in the very very near future.
