Wife and I went to buy a new king bed and was greeted at the door. Roger helped us and had given us time to look around. He walked us through pros and cons of the different types of mattresses and helped us choose one. Very quick, not overbearing, and easy to work with.

This was my first ever experience buying NEW furniture and I’ll never do business here. I’m so disappointed I didn’t catch it until the day it was finally delivered. Where do I start?
We walk in, I say I am looking for something that’s pet friendly, and we expressed we wanted a reclining chair. The guy that sold us walked me over to what we bought. My husband sat in the chair and I sat in the 2 seater console love seat. We decided that’s what we wanted. A LOVE SEAT AND A CHAIR. We live in an apartment so the matching couch was a little bit too big for our space. He ran some numbers, and I agreed as he gave me a “state employee discount”. We were charged $1700 that day. I didn’t realize that he had put us for a couch we never sat on or said we wanted. Now let’s talk delivery. The guy said 2-3 weeks. I’ll call when it’s in and schedule a delivery. We ordered it on the 26th of July. Today is the 08/19. We had to call and basically say hey you told us this time frame. My husband called first got frustrated so I called. If I wouldn’t have called the guy on the phone wouldn’t have gotten up and checked the ware house to see if our furniture was in. Are you kidding?
“I’m so sorry my computer wasn’t working”

What the hell kind of business is this? I will warn everyone that I know not to do business here! Zero stars!

We shopped a lot of furniture stores looking for the best price on a mattress set. We purchased a set from here since they gave us a good price and no pressure from the salesman. Excellent customer service. The stores display of furniture is not that nice, but the lack of fancy displays appears to keep their prices low. It's not high end furniture, but 5 stars all the way for great service and fair prices.

Before your next furniture purchase give these folks a look. I found some great deals, but before I bought, I went to other furniture stores and looked around, and there were some things I liked, but I still came back here. The whole process was so easy. The sales personnel are not high-pressure. Roger was very helpful in helping me with my selections.The delivery guys (Ashton) were friendly and competent.
I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I went in looking for a new bed for the guest room. Ashton typically works in the warehouse, but was happy to help me find what I needed. The store manager who wrote up the sale was also very friendly and helpful.
