Approximately a year ago, a very dear friend of mine began experiencing memory challenges, prompting me to step in as her Power of Attorney. Recognizing her specific needs, I reached out to Comfort Keepers, and they responded promptly to ensure she received her prescribed medical treatment daily for six weeks while at home.
Since that time, as her condition has progressively worsened, Comfort Keepers has consistently been there to provide the necessary care at home. Their professionalism and dedication have been exceptional, offering unwavering support to both my friend and me in my role as her legal guardian.

Comfort Keepers has provided outstanding assistance! I need additional support for my elderly mother as she has severe disabilities and has become more anxious and troubled as she ages. Personal companions have been crucial to fill in for when I can't be there. Elizabeth in particular has been so professional, kind and courteous. My mother has felt so calm, engaged and less anxious when she's there. She always comes up with great activities and discussions - you can tell she really cares, and we feel like she's part of the family. Thank you!

We hired Comfort Keepers for our dad as he had come out the hospital and needed extra care. Wow, is all I have to say. The ladies who took care of our dad were exceptional! Jane , Elizabeth, Bini and Catherine, my dad loved them all, they did everything dad needed and more. We used there services for a month straight, and know we use them sporadically through the week. I highly recommend if you need some extra help. We'll worth it to us for the piece of mind we had , when we had to leave for a week that dad was well looked after. And to the management, we'll done with coming to see us and making us feel comfortable, as well as your chosing your workforce to look after our elderly dad Jacob.

It’s been very difficult for me to surrender my autonomy & accept the fact I’m unable to do the things I used to, & that even showering on my own is a challenge. This was even more difficult to deal with when under the poor care of my previous PSW company. With the assistance of my OT I switched care providers to Comfort Keepers & The difference is remarkable!

Shane is very kind, compassionate & truly cares about his clients, making sure they have the best possible care. I was assigned Elizabeth as my PSW & when she left after the first day I cried tears of joy & immediately messaged Shane & my OT to thank them & sing her praises.

Elizabeth is kind, caring, empathetic & understanding. She is personable, funny, easy to talk to, & an absolute joy to be around. Elizabeth has such a comforting aura, infused with positive energy, & it is clear that she truly enjoys what she does, as she puts a lot of pride & care into it. On her first day she got more done than the previous PSWs did in a week!

Not only is she good with me, but my pets love her & will often wait by the door to greet her when they know it’s appointment time.

With Elizabeth I can rest at ease, & put my full trust in her knowing I feel safe & that I’m in good hands. 5 stars is not enough to express my deep gratitude for her, Shane, & Comfort Keepers. They are without a doubt the best home care service, & I’m so very grateful to be under their care during this difficult time.

Wonderful service to the community with whole-hearted dedication and passion to serve Seniors.  The owner visits our home personally to take requirements, while she makes a connection with all family members and hears out everybody's concerns. She also help us identify and reduce some of the falling hazards that she saw during the visit. Prompt and reliable staff who always understands and serves their best. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers Waterloo with the care of my loved ones.
