We added more square footage so we could create larger, more private suites that would allow brides and their loved ones to view dresses with minimal interaction from others. We installed state-of-the-art HVAC systems with exhaust from each suite and virus-killing UV light filers. We created protocols and processes for sanitizing rooms and dresses between appointments and invested in high temperature steamers to kill anything that could linger. The One Bridal, LLC added a line of new dresses available in multiple sizes for immediate online purchase for brides who had to alter their wedding planning timeline, and we now offer virtual appointments and in-home concierge service where we bring the bridal experience to you.
