I called James Plumbing just over a week ago after seeing their ad on Facebook offering a special on hot water tank replacement. I tentatively set a date of last Thursday or Friday as the date for the installation which they agreed upon would work.
It ended up that I returned home late last Wednesday and I called James Plumbing at 9:00 P.M. to see if they could possibly install our new hot water tank the next day and they didn’t disappoint. They came before lunch on Thursday and we had hot water just a few hours later. Both technicians were polite and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend James Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

These guys were top notch! They were the 4th plumbers that I had called out for this issue and they did not give me any run around or BS. They were able to locate my real problem and fixed it quickly. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no signs of a mess. They were friendly and professiona, knowledgeable l and not outragiously priced I will be recomending them to everyone I know. They were a very refreshing experience to be found in Grande Prairie. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

After we took over a commercial rennovation we needed some plumbing work done that required an inspection. Cory was a pleasure to deal with, quote was timely and at a very fair price. He got in and finished quickly and cleanly. After inspection the inspector wanted a few minor things changed. They were in the next day with no additional charges for labour.
I would highly reccomend them for commercial and residential jobs.

George at James Plumbing was great to deal with. They were able to come immediately when we had an issue with sewer gas entering our basement. He even tried to help me over the phone first incase it was a quick fix that he didn’t need to come over for. I appreciated his assistance, quick response time, and friendly service. They were in and out within the hour and had our issue solved. They will be my first call going forward, definitely recommended!
