Clint performed a sewer scope on a house we’d gotten an accepted offer on. We were so excited about the house, but problem after problem came popping up and our home inspector referred us to Clint to check our sewer lines. There were major blockages that would have cost us over $12,000 to fix. That put the house way over our budget, when added to the long list of other repairs/upgrades needed. Thanks to Clint we were able to make an informed choice to remove our offer. We ended up finding another house just two days later! Thanks so much Clint! Thank you for making time for us and communicating and saving us from making a big mistake! We’ll definitely be using Clear Drain Plumbing again!
