I called the Troy Hooper State Farm office for a change on policy and Nancy answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable on how to make changes I requested. She asked me if I had ever used or been told about supplemental health insurance. She explained to me how it works and how affordable it is for the peace of mind of not losing income if I end up in the hospital. 5 star service.

Jason was incredibly helpful in getting both of my motorcycles insured. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and thoroughly, going above and beyond what I expected.
Even after we agreed on pricing and finalized the coverage, he followed up to let me know he had continued working on my plan and found an even better rate.

Having been with State Farm for many years it was time to switch agents. Alison was professional, knowledgeable, honest and expedient.
