I'm always taking advantage of the great weather and serene waters along the Long Beach shore and Los Altos neighborhood. And although number daily routine includes a number of outdoor activities near the beach, I enjoy all the great things this area has to offer – the diverse communities, rich heritage, many events and most of all, the people. Passion for People Having grown up in a small town outside of Buffalo New York, I always dreamt of moving to a warm place where there was opportunity to meet new people. I grew up in a town where almost everyone knew who you were. And making friends was easy. So, after graduating college, I took a leap of faith and drove straight to the place I would eventually call home – Long Beach. Long Beach is The Perfect Setting Having such varied interests, I find the my adopted home town extremely appealing. “Long Beach is a hidden gem along the Pacific Coast. You have everything Southern California has to offer with a home town feel. Long Beach has the hustle and bustle of downtown and the quaint neighborhood feel of suburbia. And it’s centrally located to Los Angeles and Orange County. Even San Diego is right down the road.” Putting My Passion to Work As one of Long Beach area’s premier real estate advisors, I use my talents to provide home buyers and sellers a distinct advantage. I consider myself a people-person I try to make my clients feel comfortable from the start. I've also had the unique opportunity to hone my skills as a seasoned negotiator who's goal is to always exceed expectations. Communication is Key Through my career I've found how important effective communication is to the success of every transaction. “Listening to my clients’ needs and desires is crucial to their success.“ So after we discuss the goals, we formulate a strategy that will help them make the most of their options.” I also like to keep my clients informed through each stage of the transaction. I see it as a way to relax and make their important decisions a lot easier. Exceeding Expectations If you are considering a move to or from the Long Beach or the surrounding area, give me a call. I'll combind my 30+ years of business/real estate experience and a thorough knowledge of the ever-changing local market, to ensure the journey is smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. Read more
