I had an Italian sub, wife had breakfast burrito. My sandwich was very good, not true for my wife's burrito. It was soggy and cold. The staff were nonchalant about serving us. The atmosphere was ok.

Had a very tasty lunch from Heidi’s today, the Club Sandwich was good, especially on the house Ciabatta bread. I have been to Heidi’s a number of times over the years and I’m usually left with sticker shock and remorse, I chose to give them a shot today and the club was quite tasty. I would have liked a few more ingredients for the price and I personally think that Heidi’s is riding the fine line between just enough ingredients to be tasty and being stingy… That’s a slippery slope (Look at Subway). Don’t compromise your products and keep up the tasty sandwiches.

Came here for the Crab Cake Sandwich while I was in town back in December ‘25 because it sounded really good and it was, but I wish I had more bang for my buck. The price is too high for what you get, in my opinion. I do like how helpful the staff was when I had questions about the menu.

I have eaten here several times and each time it is something different. My sandwich has too much sauerkraut, too dry, wrong bread, etc. I hadn't ordered from there in forever but they sent me a Birthday coupon. I ordered ahead (couldnt use the coupon on the app, no worries) and I ask for extra 1000 island because my sandwich always is too dry. Also got a side of ranch. Order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I get there after about 18 minutes and they lady and the counter tells me they are still working on it. Are you kidding me? Single reuben takes 20 minutes to make? I stand there for another 15 minutes almost. It took almost 30 minutes for them to make me one sandwich. The guy puts the bag no where near the online order pick ups go. And I have to ask someone again to please give me my sandwich. He tells me he couldnt put ranch on my randwich so Theres a packet in the bag. Oh you mean like I asked? Great. And low and behold my sandwich is dryer then the Sahara. Will not try again. Too expensive for very little. $32 for 2 basic sandwiches, up-charged for cheese on a turkey club. Veggie sandwich barely had any ingredients, it was like eating just bread.
The portion sizes for sides are very very small (which I think is normal for the franchise, but come on, Heidi’s…) and to round it all out when about to finish the sandwich, we found a hair.

Not a horrible experience, but highly unlikely to come back.
