I had a very bad experience with Case Mobile. On Wednesday, I gave them my phone for repair, but they returned it to me at 7 PM without fixing the issue. I had to wait for hours, and even after all that waiting, my problem was not resolved. They also messed up my Face ID, which made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, it felt like they were blaming me for the problem. I don’t even know who the woman was who handled my phone. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Case Mobile to others.

Great experience with CaseMogul. They replaced my damaged screen with an original screen, and my phone looks and works like brand new. Fast, professional, and trustworthy service. Highly recommended.
