*DON'T GET RIPPED OFF** I had my roof done last summer and now I'm having it redone again. I'm paying twice to have the roof redone because of incompetence. They just put new shingles on top of the old ones...nothing was changed. No plywood was replaced, nor did they even offer to do so. As a result, my roof is leaking and risks collapsing given the weight of the materials put on top and the unreplaced plywood. My skylight is leaking around it because it wasn't sealed. A real shoddy job, don't get ripped off. I'll write a review in every roofing company's advertisement. You should be ashamed.

I wish would have read the REAL comments before hiring these unprofessional roofers. Don't believe the 4 or 5 stars. It's not accurate, obviously its friends and family, PLEASE READ THE REAL COMMENTS CAREFULLY. Anyways horrible, horrible, horrible this company RR Toiture. Our roof leaked a couple of days after they finished installing the new shingles. How does that happen? Answer is simple, when you deal with non-professionals. When it comes to money, there isn't any hesitation to collect. They show up with smiles and all. Besides that, DON'T FALL FOR IT...call another company. In hindsight, its a good thing they never showed up cuz who wants to deal with more incompetence? So found a good roofer to come fix the roof. Thanks for nothing RR. Bravissimo!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are two brothers who sell professionalism and service. They possess neither. The day they came to redo the roof, their employees paid no attention to the property or the grounds. For six months I have been trying to contact them about a water drainage problem. No response. I will now have to take legal action against them.

Very bad experience. In fall 2019, the high wind broke a few pieces of the soffit and it felt off the roof. Called them, they came ''repaired'' and we paid right away. It was way to high for me to quality check. A week later the same part felt again and we call him, he kept saying he would come check for SEVERAL WEEKS and we kept insisting but he kept postponing. It create stress for my elderly parents (their house) and when winter came he said he would have to wait until the snow melt... spring came and he still try to avoid the job... awful experience and won't ever deal with him again. He took the money and gave awful customer service.

Arranged an appointment in the morning. Guy says he will come that afternoon. I double check at lunchtime he says "I'm on my way". Of course he doesn't show up and stops answering my calls or texts. I lost an afternoon of work and also suffered one more day with a leaky roof than I otherwise needed to. Don't waste your time
