I haven't had as great an experience by simply renting a storage unit as I did with Sentinel! Kacie was fun and knowledgeable, pointing out what I needed to know. Prices are fair and actually cheaper than others. The unit was clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.

Professional efficiency at its finest. The people at Sentinel Storage make renting a storage unit easier than i would have imagined, answering any questions I had before I even needed to ask them, and handling a surge of new clients on my move in day with grace. These people know what they are doing, and ill be renting from them again if the need ever arises

I will admit that I was rather nervous about the initial meet go check out the storage units. However, Teresa was incredibly friendly, patient, and informative making it a pleasant experience through & through!! She answered every one of my questions in a way that was engaging and understandable, allowing me to walk away feeling comfortable storing with this company.

I've never rented a storage space before so this is a new experience for me. I went to the office to sign papers and get the orientation and Kacie was super helpful, friendly, professional and explained everything so well. Top notch experience. I'm anticipating using the space will be a good experience as well.

Storage facility Located in north Lethbridge. Provides safe and very convenient storage units, with access and vigilance 24/7. Different sizes and clean. It has an automatic door with easy access that only opens with a pass code, this allows only clients to have access. Nice service friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The girls working at this place were awesome. Best customer service!

They were patient with me as I came in and out a million times, and even noticed that I had left my lock unlocked and called me. I was in another city, but they were able to get it locked up for me. Nothing was missing.

The place is very secure, the unit was big, bright, clean, dry (even through the rain storm), and open really early to really late.

Price was right. There is literally nothing more I could have asked for. Will definitely use Sentinel Storage again!!
