I had a really positive experience with Access Storage. The building is very clean, and there are lots of dollies to help move bigger furniture. David was especially kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

When I first moved in, he took the time to walk me through everything carefully and made sure I fully understood the contract and all the details, which I really appreciated.

What really stood out to me was that when I called during my move-out process, he actually remembered me from months before. He was once again very helpful and even offered to ask if I could receive a discount for my final month since I had only used the unit for about a week in the last month I was renting before moving out.

Great customer service and genuinely kind people make such a difference, and I really appreciated the experience.

I had to find a storage locker quickly and I managed to find great deals on a variety of locker sizes. I've been adding things for the last month and each trip has been great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the loading bay doors so I don't have to unload in inclement weather.

Highly recommend Access Storage.

Walking through the doors and being greeted by David and the manager he could’ve said assistant manager his name started with a B was so pleasant and inviting it made me feel like I was living in 2019. The smiles the help it was just so awesome.

I just needed a small unit. I booked it for one day but other events happened so I needed it a little early and David helped get me iwhen I needed. Service was fast. Location is very close for me. Highly recommended.especially if these two are working there if they leave please find positive people like them.

Just booked my first storage unit for work purposes and my experience was top notch. I couldn’t believe how clean and warm the facility was. Have been to other storage units and it was not like this one. Add an amazing manager who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Although it is on the pricier side of storage units, I enjoyed the fact that all the units were climate controlled. Especially with our harsh winters.
I also noticed mouse traps around the facility for extra protection.
My favourite thing about the facility though and the reason I would recommend them is that every morning they do a "walk around" to make sure all the units that were accessed the previous day are firmly secured and I know this for a fact because I have received a phone call telling me that my unit was not.

I stored my things after selling the house and after checking several storage locations, this one seemed the cleanest and organized place. Bab and David explained the process because I never rented storage before. Prices were on the same level with others but the place seemed very good. We got a tour of the place during our first visit and given the chance to choose between two units. There was never any problem when we stopped by to pick up something, once you get the code you are free to come and go. Place is really clean and washrooms are clean too. Very happy with my experience.

I originally rented from this location because it had the best rates and was the closest to me. On my move in day, the owner, Bab, was super friendly and greeted me by name. He continued to go above and beyond, consistently providing exceptional customer service throughout my almost year of renting there. I was most impressed that he always knew my name and was always in a great mood. Not only do they have the best rates in town, but also the best customer service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a storage solution.

I had 2 units a 10x10 and a10x20, struggling every month to pay always late enough to have late fees added…brother in law needs some room for his stuff-long story but he’s moving, has terminal cancer. I went into the office and asked…begged, is there someway of having my cake and eat it too? lol I have to say, the staff bent over backwards checking every which way they could to save us some money and make things work to OUR favour which NEVER happens anymore in this world. I have shed tears about how they worked with me and understood my plight and current family situation and the major changes happening with a need for more space etc. They truly bent over backwards and I seldom complain when things don’t go well but I try to always make sure when supers customer service is given (which I say again NEVER happens these days) I will ALWAYS give credit where credit is due!! Absolutely amazing customer service, they listened, they were attentive and compassionate, they even checked on me while I was moving units by myself since Thursday morning. I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience with Access Storage on Overland Drive in Kitchener! We have been with Access for more than 12 years in various locations and this one takes the cake in all the best ways! THANKYOU!!!!

I went into the store looking for storage and the staff were very accommodating. I dealt with Kim who went through everything I needed and took me on a tour of the facility showing entrance exits loading and unloading areas, as well as my unit. Overall a very pleasant experience. Now that i am moving i really appreciated the enclosed area for loading and unloading especially with the weather we have had. Always clean and accommodating staff.
