Maylen - office Manager- was a dream to work with. She is always happy and in a good mood and willing to answer all questions and accommodate any last minute requests. The facility is large and very clean! Storage units are big and even though I was skeptical all my stuff did fit in one unit! Would 100 % recommend!

I forget her name but I believe she’s the manager of the highland road branch. She was incredibly helpful and understanding from the day I started with my storage unit until the days I was moving out. Always a smile on her face and solutions ti any problems I was having. I've been with this location for just about 2 years I believe. I recently moved out of my locker, but this has been my best storage locker experience. I've had a few. The team is wonderful and very accommodating. Maylen has been such a joy to work with. I really appreciate all her efforts! She's wonderful.

Maylen and the rest of the team were super helpful and accommodating. I view the units before reserving one. The facility is clean and tidy, secure and nicely climate controlled. I changed the size of unit before move in day and then also extended by a week, all accommodated ! Highly recommended.

I have used Access Storage for over a year now and have had no problems. The units are clean and so is the building.
Units are climate control so none of my stuff got wrecked.
I would recommend the highland location in kitchener to anyone.
