I have just written a review about the Stony Plain Crystal Glass location which WAS NOT positive.
After submitting the review, I noticed a phone number for the Head Office in Edmonton and decided to call , wondering if the people there, actually see/look at the written reviews. I thought, perhaps, that I should have contacted them first, or should now follow-up with a letter to ensure that they are aware of my concern.
The lady, who answered the phone, immediately transferred me to the Regional Manager, Mike Phillips, who listened patiently as I explained my dilemma. He apologized profusely and explained the Stony Plain store is in the process of some changes , and then asked if he could give us additional services from another outlet to ensure our satisfaction. I replied that there was not much more anyone could do at this point, other than remove the windshield that was installed in Stony Plain, and properly install a brand new one. And I felt that this was too much to ask for.
Well, I was wrong. That is exactly what he said he would do!!!! WOW! After the past few weeks of "going round and round" this is extremely rewarding news!

Thank you so much Mr. Phillips! My faith in Crystal Glass has been renewed and I look forward to my appointment with the Spruce Grove outlet next week and some quality workmanship!

I was in Salmon Arm BC ,got a chip repair done and was grossed out how dirty your shop was there and the managers stunk ,and was smoking that fake smoke,bad bad will never go to a crystal glass again clean up the shop or move to a diff location be up to date,it looks like it just came out of the 70s come on .
