Excellent service staff is very friendly and also speaks English. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and tasty, though for a restaurant chain like Harvey’s I find it frustrating that we cannot add tips on the machine. Hopefully it can be added by the time I come back

I came through the drive-thru at 10:20, and they close at 10:30. When I pulled up, the employee told me they were already closed. I pointed out that they’re supposed to be open until 10:30, but they insisted they closed early. Very frustrating to be turned away before closing time, especially when you're still within the stated hours. Definitely won’t be coming back! Do better next time

Management has decided not to offer free tap water. I looked it up and legally they are allowed to. Regardless, I find the decision cheap and pointless. Paying for water seems ridiculous to me and I'm not interested in sugary drinks. This is my first time being refused tap water in a Canadian establishment.
I hope the management reconsiders their decision.

Keeping in mind that Harvey's is a fast food restaurant, for me, it's one of the best. Clean and quiet and food that taist the way it should without the taist of preservatives. To add to that I have to say toe only place of this caliber where the toilets are spotless. We'll done guys.
