Nightmare process, which required three seller extensions before Guaranteed stumbled across the finish line 16 days after our 30 day close. Sean was not helpful, emails were infrequent, phone calls weren't returned, voicemail box was always full. Sean claimed he couldn't access system to see what documents were still needed and so he couldn't and didn't oversee things, or seem particularly concerned. Even getting regional managers involved didn't help smooth out the worst managed processing system imaginable. Guaranteed to cause stress, that's about it!!!
