So far terrible. I'm in the process of deciding to sue or not. I was told that I was getting a line of credit not a pledge. The guy that signed me up has since been fired over 50 people had the same thing happen. I myself am a business owner I'm not gonna tell you one thing then right up a contract for something way different thousands different. I've spoke to the store several times there is nothing they can do called corporate now several times they say it's up to the store. I have the money to pay it absolutely but I've spent 1800 on a 800 loan. Which was supposed to be 1200 total. If I paid it off today that would be 1000 more so 2800 for 800. They have me signed up for like 30 more months at 200 a months thats over 7000 for 800 what the hell who would sign that o me. Because the guy in front of me employed by title max lied to me and over 50 others that they were getting a line of credit and made them sign a pledge to boost his score so he could not get fired. All information I received from the people that now work there.

Brit and Jacob went above and beyond to help me. They made things very understandable and were very friendly. I will definitely come back to the Maynardville location in the future if I need another loan.
